The following changes have been made in this version of TENANT PRO:

Updates

Deposits

When printing a deposit ticket, the deposit number is now included on the printout.

Reminders
**************************
Problem with late fees reminder not being removed from reminders list after late fees were created has been resolved.

Reports
**************************
The Aged Tenant Delinquency report can now be printed in HTML format.

Online Vacancy Listing
**************************
In Yahoo Vacancy Listings, the URL fields in the Property setup have been expanded to accept more characters.

Bank Reconciliation
**************************
When printing past reconciliation reports (History Button) you can choose to print all available types of reports at once. If a report could not be printed, newly modified messages will also help explain why.

Custom List Reports

Resolved the issue that would not allow past or pending tenants to be included in custom designed reports, as well as vacant units.

Memorized Transactions
**************************
When creating checks from a memorized transaction, all fields will be filled in.

Post Vendor Bills
**************************
Problem for posting required users who would have some bills show up as empty lines under certain circumstances has been fixed.

Posting Required

Resolved issue where in some rare cases payments for tenants would appear as missing.

Condo/HOA Reports

When using alternate titles for Condo/HOA properties, the reports will change the name from Tenant to match what has been specified in System Preferences.

Tenants

The inability to move in a pending tenant in certain situations has been modified to function for all cases.

General
**************************
Addressed various minor bugs.
